This old coot is some 50 feet tall; I call him The Prospector. This is one of the more well-known of the HooDoos on Mt Lemmon, Arizona. He is wearing a classic woodsman’s hat with ear flaps and has a very distinct profile.
Nature Spirits will sometimes take on the visage of activity that is taking place inside their area. This is especially so when they find the activity of particular interest to them. Up on Mt. Lemmon, Arizona, the nature spirits must have encountered an old prospector – and immortalized his image in stone!
