The lily and the lotus are metaphysically interchangeable. Here a grouping of pink lilies can be seen in all their beauty. These flowers are revered as a spiritual symbol for the perfection of human life. They start in the mud and push up through murky waters to reach the light. When they blossom, they are pure in color.
