Gnome and His Familiar

A crafty familiar looks out from the back of this gnome’s head. Their headquarters is in this white pine. This gnome lives in a split pine tree on my family’s NH property. I have long seen the gnome face, but only recently discovered the familiar’s portrait there as well.

More Information

This gnome lives in a split pine tree on my family’s NH property. I have long seen the gnome face. I was never very comfortable around this gnome, unlike my friend Sam the Gnome who lives behind my cottage.

But it was only recently, as my ability to see the nature beings has deepened, was I privileged to note there was another being emerging from the back of the gnome’s head. This type of being is called a familiar. It is a spirit being who resides in another being’s energy field and who watches over and/or influences him. The familiar is independent of the being – e.g. an independent being who works with the main life form. I have always known the ones who are helpful. But this one looks rather ominous. Indeed, he looks like the feeling I sometimes get when I am staying at the cottage on my own. The being doesn’t come around when there are others – especially men – on the property. He looks strong enough to be a split personality residing inside the gnome, like the tree itself is split from one base.

One more puzzle to work out about the nature beings culture!
