Guardians of a Cedar Stream

by | On the Road with Brian

Three dark shadowy beings of different sizes and density of matter watch passers by who cross over a quiet cedar stream. My son, Brian Toy, found these on a walk through North Toledo Bend State Park, Louisiana. He, his wife Betsy and their dog Nikki, are on a several-year RV journey around the USA. He occasionally sends me photos of faces seen on their travels…

This is an interesting photo for it shows a trio of life forms – one a rock, one a bottom-sand image and one a tiny water being rising out of the water, with sword raised.

My son is retired career military, and there is a very military air about these beings. To me, they look like guardians of the cedar-water stream.
